The homemade cooking proposed by L’Escale Bleue, a good restaurant in Collioure, is per definition traditional and mediterranean food.
Due to their origins (East of France), the owners Laurent and Ginette offer you a variety of Lorrainese specialties but they also prepare well elaborated fish and seafood dishes and a beautiful selection of meat to be dicovered daily on their blackboard.
